VPN: is there a HOWTO?

I've read about new VPN types (IPSEC and Wireguard) with version 2.1.0, this is great news. I'm especially interested in IPSEC, since it is the de facto standard between commercial organizations.
But I cannot find any documentation how to set up/use a site2site tunnel using IPSEC.
Am I blind?

Yes, you are right.
We are preparing a new release that we will publish before Christmas in which we will include, apart of many new features, a full documentation update.
Sorry us but it was not possible to update it in the previous release.
